Check-in Procedures

Personal Protective Equipment

All staff members and house keepers will be wearing a face mask and gloves at all times

Cleaning Procedures and Disposable Items

Strict cleaning procedures are in place and extra attention is paid to high-contact areas like bathroom handles, all door handles, telephones, remote controls and all items in the cupboards, coffee tray and fridges
Communal areas, such as the toilets and bar, are cleaned regularly, as well as table surfaces, door handles, grab-rails in corridors and stairwells
Anti-bacterial disinfectant is used throughout our cleaning process
Hand-sanitiser dispenser points are located in all communal areas and by the pub and bedrooms exit / entrance doors
We are using single use items wherever possible (such as quick check-in cards). These are disposed when a guest checks out and are not re-used
If you are staying for longer than one night, please let us know if you would prefer your room to be left unattended and not cleaned for the duration of your stay

Laundry

Dirty laundry is sealed in bags after each room is cleaned
All our laundry is cleaned by an external company with BS EN 14065 Accreditation and no laundry is cleaned on site

Social Distancing and traffic flow

We ask guests to observe the current social distancing guidelines throughout their stay and keep a good space between yourselves and other guests or our staff members
Where possible, please follow the flow of traffic in the building by entering through the main pub entrance and exiting through the bedroom’s entrance door
